Summary

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Director to lead our client's IT department. The IT Director will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations, ensuring that our technology infrastructure aligns with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with specific expertise in Sales Buzz, ERP Microsoft Dynamics, and a proven track record of successfully managing IT teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Strategy

• • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT requirements, needs, and preferences, and install systems accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT developments and recommend new technologies to improve the company's competitive edge.
• IT Operations Management
  • Oversee the IT department and other technical operations within the organization.
  • Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data centers.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources effectively.
  • Maintain and improve internal SLAs for Exchange, network uptime/capacity, and virtualization.
• Sales Buzz and ERP Microsoft Dynamics Management
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Sales Buzz and ERP Microsoft Dynamics systems.
  • Work with sales and other departments to optimize the use of Sales Buzz to improve sales performance.
  • Ensure that ERP Microsoft Dynamics is configured to meet the company's specific needs.
  • Provide training and support to users of Sales Buzz and ERP Microsoft Dynamics.

• Project Management
  • Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that IT projects are properly implemented.
  • Track record of completing projects on schedule within budget.
• Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals to drive performance and meet targets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team through hiring, sales training, and coaching.
  • Evaluate employee's performance through setting targets to salespeople, changing target values, and tracking employee performance.
• Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in information technology, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Buzz and ERP Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience with cloud computing and virtualization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead and teach others.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of latest IT developments.
  • Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Knowledge of best computer security practices.
  • Good research and analysis skills.
