Group IT Manager

The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining standardized IT governance, robust infrastructure, and secure enterprise systems across all business entities. The position ensures reliable IT operations, scalable ERP solutions, strong cybersecurity practices, and compliance with audit and business continuity requirements while delivering efficient IT support services.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain standardized IT governance, policies, and internal controls across all entities.
• Design, manage, and optimize robust IT infrastructure and server architecture to ensure high availability and performance.
• Lead secure and scalable ERP development, system enhancements, and third-party integrations.
• Oversee centralized IT asset management and vendor management, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
• Establish and manage a structured IT helpdesk function, including SLAs, ticketing systems, and performance reporting.
• Ensure business continuity planning, cybersecurity preparedness, data protection, and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Responsible for handling a team of 3–8 members.
• “Candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in the UAE, preferably from a construction or fit-out company.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
