Job Description
Group Company: TVS Motor Company
Designation: Group Leader - Maintenance
Office Location: Himachal Pradesh Nalagarh Plant (Plant)
Years of experience: 5 to 10
Position description: To ensure availability of machines by adhering to PM schedule and corrective maintenance by maintaining optimum cost.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct sunrise meeting to team leaders & workmen.
- Preparation of schedule for PM activities.
- Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance as per schedule. (Plan PM/CBM/TBM).
- Co-ordinate for the equipment calibration activities as per the schedule.
- Plan for AMC of machines and review performance of supplier.
- Review notifications raised & plan for reduction.
- Identify suppliers for purchasing of machines, critical spares & services and followup for procurement.
- Inspection of received materials and GRN closing.
- Monitor & improve MTBF and MTTR.
- Training of workmen & Team leaders.
- Support workmen in TEI/QCC activities.
- Counselling of workmen and grievance handling.
- Co-ordinate & adhere to QMS / EHSMS practices.
- Identification & Implementation of SIT/CFT projects related to policy & MPCP.
Educational qualifications preferred
- Degree: Bachelors degree or Diploma
