Now Brewing – group manager, Influencers! #ToBeAPartner
From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.
If you are chronically online, obsess every influencer from emerging creators to A-list celebs, take pride in your rolodex, and have the chops to build and shape Starbucks’ influencer strategy from the ground up with a hungry team, this role is for you. The group manager of Influencers is a visionary leader who shapes how our brand shows up in culture through meaningful creator and talent partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, community, and strategy—guiding a high‑performing team to build authentic, long‑lasting relationships with creators who inspire connection and trust. The group manager will elevate our influencer partnerships from executions to experiences that spark conversation, drive engagement, and build brand love.
As a group manager, Influencers, you will…
Inspire and lead a forward‑looking influencer marketing strategy that strengthens brand voice and fuels cultural relevance
Build, coach, and empower a team of leaders, fostering creativity, inclusivity, and continuous growth
Cultivate deep, authentic relationships with creators—identifying partnerships that align with our values and storytelling ambitions
Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to bring integrated, creator‑led ideas to life
Establish clear success metrics and transform performance insights into learning, optimization, and innovation
Guide planning and investment across influencer initiatives, ensuring thoughtful stewardship of budget and resources
Stay deeply connected to creator culture, platform evolution, and emerging trends to help the brand lead, not follow
We’d love to hear from people with:
8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, or social media strategy
Proven experience building and leading teams, as well as large-scale programs
A proven track record of building impactful influencer strategies that resonate with audiences and drive business outcomes
Deep passion for creator culture, social platforms, content trends, and the power of community‑driven storytelling

Strategic and analytical mindset, with comfort translating data into compelling narratives and decisions
Excellent communication skills and experience navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
Passion for coffee, culture, and community
