Group Manager - Learning & Development


• 18+ years with hands-on experience building and implementing L&D strategies aligned with business KPIs and capability development (upskilling, reskilling, cross-skilling)

8+ Years’ experience in managing C-Suite & leadership Trainings

• Proven expertise in training budget planning and management

• Strong understanding of current and future L&D landscapes, with demonstrated success developing impactful program frameworks

• Experience managing teams and engaging with local and global stakeholders

• Strategic partner in Learning and Development, working in collaboration with business and senior stakeholders

  • Embed strong Learning and Coaching culture within organization
  • Develop yearly training strategies and perform periodic needs assessment
  • Proven experience in Designing and implementing a portfolio of engaging and impactful training programs for C-Suite development, leadership development and the larger organization
  • Exposure to design training outcome measurement tools and apply them for program enhancement
  • Proficient in latest Technology and tools in the Learning and training landscape
  • Exposure to working with and managing C-suite and global stakeholders
  • Partner with Global teams to drive standardization
  • Lead, Develop and Engage a team of L&D experts


Required:


  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Work experience across variety of business functions and Training consulting would be an added advantage
  • Adept with a variety of Technology, tools, training platforms and methods
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs
  • Strong executive presence, negotiation and change management skills
  • Strong stakeholder/client management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective facilitation skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint


Good to have :


Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) / SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)


Certified Coach (ICF Certification)


Instructional Design Certifications


Certified in Adult Learning Principles


Relevant certificationsin Competency Framework Design


Relevant certifications in Assessment & Development Centers
