• 18+ years with hands-on experience building and implementing L&D strategies aligned with business KPIs and capability development (upskilling, reskilling, cross-skilling)
8+ Years’ experience in managing C-Suite & leadership Trainings
• Proven expertise in training budget planning and management
• Strong understanding of current and future L&D landscapes, with demonstrated success developing impactful program frameworks
• Experience managing teams and engaging with local and global stakeholders
• Strategic partner in Learning and Development, working in collaboration with business and senior stakeholders
Required:
Good to have :
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) / SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
Certified Coach (ICF Certification)
Instructional Design Certifications
Certified in Adult Learning Principles
Relevant certificationsin Competency Framework Design
Relevant certifications in Assessment & Development Centers
