Group Manager & Zonal Manager

• Team Recruitment: Scout and hire a team of 8–10 Financial Consultants or Takaful Consultants.
• Training & Mentoring: Conduct daily "Role Play" sessions and field training to help agents overcome client objections (especially regarding Takaful vs. Conventional Insurance).
• Sales Target Management: Meet monthly and annual targets for First Year Premium (FYP) and Renewal Premium.
• Business Development: Identify corporate leads and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in Karachi for high-ticket policy sales.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales practices strictly follow the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) regulations and company ethics.
• Persistency Tracking: Monitor the "Persistency Ratio" to ensure clients continue paying their premiums beyond the first year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
