Your Role as a B2B Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will play a vital part in driving marketing revenue for our conferences while building meaningful relationships with clients. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of conference topics and industry trends.
  • Researching and identifying potential clients through search engines, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Lead generation & building up marketing lists for outreach.
  • Engaging prospects through different marketing channels.
  • Building a pipeline of leads and scheduling follow-ups to close deals.
  • Collaborating with the manager.
  • Meeting and exceeding marketing goals and KPIs.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure future business opportunities.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 2+ years in B2B marketing; experience in the event management industry is a plus.
  • Marketing Skills: Solid understanding of marketing processes and dynamics.
  • Lead Generation: Building up lists of potential clients through B2B platforms. LinkedIn, etc.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent independent writing skills ability to compose clear, concise, and professional emails, correspondence, and other written communication without reliance on AI tools.
  • Work Ethic: A proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
