Performance Marketing Manager (Multi-Platform Ads Specialist)
Location: DHA Phase 2 (On-site)
Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Afternoon Shift)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager who knows exactly what they’re doing when it comes to managing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who can take ownership, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve performance across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, ROI, and scalability
- Develop and test ad creatives including copy, graphics, and video concepts
- Execute A/B testing strategies to improve campaign results
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights
- Identify new growth opportunities across emerging platforms
Platforms You’ll Work On
- Google Ads — Campaign setup, optimization, and AI-assisted management
- Amazon Ads — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display (as we scale)
- TikTok Ads — Short-form video campaign strategy and execution
- Social Media Ads — Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Email Marketing — Campaigns, automation sequences, and list management
- Other Channels — eBay and additional platforms as we expand
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Creating high-performing ad creatives (graphics, copy, video ideas)
- Building and managing campaign assets across all platforms
- Running ongoing split tests to improve conversion rates and ROI
- Delivering performance reports and optimization strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing and paid ads management
- Strong understanding of multi-platform advertising strategies
- Ability to analyze data and make informed optimization decisions
- Experience with creative testing and campaign scaling
- Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented mindset
