Marketing Manager (Digital Growth & Performance)

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in social media marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), ASO (App Store Optimization), and performance marketing, with a proven ability to drive growth, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage content calendars and collaborate with design/content teams
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and platform changes

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console

3. ASO (App Store Optimization)

  • Optimize app listings (title, description, keywords, screenshots)
  • Improve app rankings and conversion rates on App Store and Google Play
  • Analyze competitor apps and user behavior
  • Work closely with product and design teams for optimization

4. Performance Marketing

  • Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, and ROAS
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences
  • Track and report campaign performance

5. Strategy & Analytics

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels

6. Team Collaboration

  • Work with designers, developers, and content writers
  • Coordinate with product and sales teams for campaigns and launches
  • Manage external agencies or freelancers if required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, SEO, and ASO
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, App Annie, etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and user acquisition
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup or tech industry
  • Knowledge of mobile app marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Creative mindset with data-driven approach
