Performance Marketer

We are hiring Performance Marketer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
  • Plan media budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve defined ROAS and sales goals.
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and placements to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies and visuals aligned with brand tone
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency.
  • Track key KPIs — CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and AOV.
  • Implement data-driven decisions to scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones.
  • Use A/B testing to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and audience segments
  • Coordinate with e-commerce and web operations teams to ensure product visibility, campaign readiness, and landing page optimization.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, new collection launches with targeted ad strategies.
  • Suggest retargeting and remarketing strategies for repeat customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital performance marketing (fashion e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Expertise in:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
  • Strong command of ROAS, CAC, CPA, and attribution models.
  • Familiarity with Shopify e-commerce platform is a plus.
