We are hiring Performance Marketer:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
- Plan media budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve defined ROAS and sales goals.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and placements to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies and visuals aligned with brand tone
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Track key KPIs — CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and AOV.
- Implement data-driven decisions to scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones.
- Use A/B testing to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and audience segments
- Coordinate with e-commerce and web operations teams to ensure product visibility, campaign readiness, and landing page optimization.
- Support seasonal campaigns, new collection launches with targeted ad strategies.
- Suggest retargeting and remarketing strategies for repeat customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital performance marketing (fashion e-commerce experience preferred).
- Expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Strong command of ROAS, CAC, CPA, and attribution models.
- Familiarity with Shopify e-commerce platform is a plus.
