Human Capital is hiring for a Senior Product Manager for a leading pharmaceutical client. This is a strategic leadership role for professionals who can drive portfolio success, lead teams, and deliver measurable business impact across Dermatology, Cardiometabolic, and Pain Management segments.

Your Impact Will Include:

Leading product portfolio strategy and long-term growth plans

Driving revenue, profitability, and market expansion

Managing and mentoring product teams

Overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking

Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Leading high-impact product launches and campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in pharma brand and portfolio management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen

Expertise in market analysis and competitive positioning

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience: 5+ years in pharma sales & marketing

Education: Pharm-D / MBA (Marketing preferred)
