Female Marketing Manager (Digital & Mass)

A reputed educational institute (near Nursery Shahrah-e-Faisal) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our branding and communications efforts. This role is designed for a creative leader who can blend strategic planning with hands-on execution to enhance the institute’s visibility and reputation as a leader in the institute. You will supervise a diverse digital media team—including designers, video editors, and web developers—to ensure innovative communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Branding: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Institute’s vision and educational philosophy.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and evaluate the performance of the creative and digital teams, setting weekly priorities and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and execute digital campaigns using SEO and paid advertising.
  • Content Oversight: Supervise the production of all promotional materials, including videos, brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Innovation & AI: Research and integrate AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and predictive analytics into institutional campaigns.
  • Public Engagement: Manage relationships with external partners and media houses, representing Institute at conferences and public events.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain data-driven dashboards and present monthly/quarterly ROI reports to the CEO.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the education or development sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Digital Expertise: Proven experience in digital media management, SEO, and AI-driven marketing platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, visual communication skills, and the ability to maintain institutional tone and aesthetics.

Job Timings in between: 9 to 7 pm (6 Days a week & 8 hours Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
