Group Marketing Head

Role Summary

The Group Marketing Head will lead and drive the overall marketing strategy and commercial marketing objectives across all business verticals under the group. The role requires a dynamic marketing leader capable of handling multi-industry business operations including Automotive Dealership, Automotive Trading, Rent A Car, Limousine Services, Travel & Tourism, Motorcycle Division, Used Cars, Workshop Services, Energy Services, Global Media, and related business units.

The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure to diversified business environments and demonstrate expertise in brand management, digital marketing, customer acquisition, CRM transformation, lead generation, customer journey optimization, media communication, and revenue-focused marketing operations.

The position will play a key strategic role in strengthening the group’s market positioning, improving customer engagement, driving business growth, and building an integrated marketing ecosystem across all subsidiaries.

Key Objectives

  • Drive revenue growth through qualified lead generation and conversion optimization across all business units.
  • Strengthen group-wide brand positioning, visibility, and market presence.
  • Develop and execute integrated ATL & BTL marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build, upgrade, and strengthen CRM systems and customer lifecycle management frameworks.
  • Improve customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per lead, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives including website ecosystems, app development, and performance marketing.
  • Enhance customer engagement, retention, loyalty, and booking conversions.
  • Develop and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across online and offline platforms.
  • Establish strong media presence, PR communication, and corporate communication standards.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across multiple subsidiaries and verticals.
  • Ensure alignment between business operations, sales, customer experience, and marketing initiatives

Key Deliverables

  • Develop and execute centralized lead generation strategies across all subsidiaries.
  • Drive group-wide brand governance, branding consistency, and market positioning initiatives.
  • Lead CRM enhancement projects including automation, customer segmentation, and database strengthening.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including paid campaigns, SEO, social media, and performance marketing.
  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels and booking conversion journeys.
  • Lead mobile application lifecycle management including:
  • App development journey (0–1)
  • Scaling and optimization journey (1–10)
  • Full funnel app management including acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Develop customer engagement campaigns, loyalty programs, and retention initiatives.
  • Plan and execute ATL & BTL campaigns across all business verticals.
  • Oversee content strategy, creative development, media assets, and social media management.
  • Handle corporate communication, PR coordination, media relations, and reputation management.
  • Improve booking generation, customer inquiries, and conversion ratios across units.
  • Develop data-driven marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and ROI measurement frameworks.
  • Build marketing team capabilities, departmental structure, and performance culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience handling marketing operations within diversified group companies.
  • Exposure to industries such as automotive, mobility, travel & tourism, luxury services, energy, media, or related sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, lead generation, performance marketing, and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing large-scale ATL & BTL campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to build scalable marketing systems and performance-driven teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
