Alomar Holding Company, a leading Saudi Arabian investment group specializing in real estate development and construction, is seeking a Group Procurement Manager to drive procurement excellence across its diverse business units. Key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to support company goals.

Lead and manage the procurement team across various business units, providing guidance and mentorship.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and cost savings.

Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, efficiency, and value creation.

Manage supplier relationships to build strong partnerships and ensure quality and reliability of supply.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

7+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role leading teams

Procurement experience within construction or real estate development, including sourcing construction materials and subcontractor services

Hands-on experience with strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and procurement process improvement

Experience using Odoo ERP or similar procurement systems
-
Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory procurement frameworks

Business fluent in Arabic and English

Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and project/construction teams, and to present procurement strategies to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent advanced degree

Experience managing logistics contracts within procurement

Experience monitoring supplier performance and driving supplier relationship management initiatives

Experience managing external stakeholder relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics/service providers

Experience presenting procurement savings and risk updates to board-level stakeholders
