Group Procurement Sourcing Supervisor

About the Role



The Procurement Sourcing Supervisor is responsible for leading sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract management for indirect spend areas — specifically IT (hardware, software, services) and Marketing (media, creative, events, digital tools). This role ensures value creation, cost efficiency, and compliance while fostering strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.



Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
  • Conduct spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and process improvements.
  • Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and service‑level agreements.
  • Oversee end to end procurement lifecycle.
  • Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) and should‑cost analyses, and deliver fact‑based award recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, licensing, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
  • Promote sustainability and innovation in supplier selection.
  • Monitor market trends to leverage sourcing decisions and vendor selection.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of procurement or sourcing experience.



Required Skills



  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • In‑depth knowledge of indirect procurement categories, especially IT Hardware, licensing/SaaS and marketing agency models.
  • Ability to lead sourcing projects and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Understanding of procurement compliance, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-Sourcing platforms.



Preferred Skills



  • General Skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc…)
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Language Skills: Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Fluent in Arabic would be a substantial advantage.
  • French would be an advantage but not essential.
