🔹 Hiring: Group Product Manager – Nepal Market

📍 Location: Ahmedabad, India

📌 Reports to: Business Head

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is looking for a strong marketing professional to lead the Nepal portfolio as Group Product Manager . This role focuses on shaping market strategies, driving brand growth, and expanding the therapy portfolio for the Nepal business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a robust marketing plan for the Nepal market

• Analyze IPM trends, map therapy opportunities, and support portfolio expansion

• Sustain and scale key brands with focused promotional strategies

• Lead KOL development (20–25 KOLs across specialties)

• Participate in CMEs, customer forums, and scientific activities in Nepal

• Guide Therapy Heads/Product Managers and track brand KPIs

• Support Nepal field force with training, campaigns & joint fieldwork (18–20 days/quarter)

• Manage budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI

• Coordinate with supply chain for uninterrupted Nepal product availability
