A Day in the Life

As a Group Product Manager, you will be a strategic business leader for your brand portfolio within our Consumer Products Division. You will champion the long-term vision, driving growth and profitability in the dynamic Pakistani market. This is a chance to leave your mark, taking full ownership of your brands from strategy to execution.

You will be responsible for:
  • Brand & Portfolio Strategy: Develop and own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while crafting the brand's long-term identity and market positioning.
  • Financial Health: Take full ownership of the brand's P&L, meticulously managing budgets and monitoring all expenditures to drive profitability.
  • Market Leadership: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand consumer behaviour, the competitive landscape, and emerging trends, translating data-driven insights into powerful marketing strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Excellence: Define and lead the 360° marketing mix (Online+Offline), collaborating with agencies, partners, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of all brand animations and launches.

  • You have an innate understanding of what builds a brand and how to connect with consumers on an emotional level.
  • You excel at using data to uncover consumer insights and activate them across the full marketing funnel.
  • You thrive on crafting and managing powerful brand campaigns that capture attention and drive results.
  • You possess a deep understanding of the complete media ecosystem, from owned social channels to broader media buying strategies.
  • You are a natural collaborator, skilled at managing multiple stakeholders to bring a shared vision to life.
