Group Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Group Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of multiple product portfolios. Candidates with a pharmacist background or pharmaceutical industry experience are strongly preferred, as the role involves managing healthcare or pharma-related products

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, planning, and roadmap execution for assigned product lines.
• Manage and oversee the performance of multiple product managers or product teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management.
• Develop product positioning, key messaging, and promotional strategies.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and market trends to guide decision-making.
• Support sales teams with training, product knowledge, and launch materials.
• Ensure products comply with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Pharmacist or pharma industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in product management tools and analytics platforms.
