Askari Shoe is one of progressive shoe manufacturer for combat, safety, Joggers, Oxford, School Shoes in Kot Lakhpat Industrial Estate.

Qualification : Diploma / Bachelor

Experience: PU Plant experience for min 5 years

Skills : Strong Supervision Skills, Depth Knowledge of PU, PU Mixing, Pouring of PU

Salary Range : Negotiable as per market

Responsibility:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the PU production floor, assigning tasks to operators and technicians.
• Monitor production processes and output to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to schedules, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure the smooth flow of products through the plant and coordinate with other departments to prevent delays.
• Operate machinery or equipment as needed to support production goals.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize plant downtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
