Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Production Engineer to join our team in a food packaging manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in production operations, machinery handling, and process improvement within a packaging or related manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control daily production activities.
• Ensure machinery efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Implement process improvements for better productivity.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain production reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• DAE (Mechanical) with 1–2 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes in a packaging industry.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
