Job Title: Carpet Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Carpet Supervisor (Handmade Carpets) who is responsible for overseeing carpet finishing, packaging and over all maintenance operations with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and staff attendance.
• Inspect carpets before and after work to ensure no damage.
• Check alignment, finishing, cleanliness, packaging and overall quality.
• Maintain logs of completed jobs, staff performance, and materials used.
• Monitor inventory of carpet materials, tools, and packaging.
• Handle emergencies (like carpet damage, equipment breakdown, or staff shortages).
• Find quick solutions to keep the project on track.
• Report any damages, delays, or staff issues to management.
• Report progress, issues, and requirements to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training preferred).
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of carpet materials, finishing, and packaging techniques.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
