Soft Gel Operator / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain daily Soft Gel manufacturing operations, including gelatin preparation, filling, drying, and sorting processes.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the set schedule and requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and upkeep.
• Train, guide, and monitor production staff to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Maintenance departments for smooth operational flow.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: DAE (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical) or B.Pharm / BS Industrial / Chemical / Process Engineering.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Soft Gel manufacturing operations within a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of gelatin preparation, encapsulation, drying, and sorting processes.
• Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and production documentation.
• Ability to lead, train, and supervise production teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
