Position Summary:

The Supervisor – Glass Loading Section will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all loading and handling operations of glass sheets, ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely dispatch as per production and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily glass loading and unloading operations in coordination with dispatch and production teams.
• Ensure proper handling, stacking, and movement of glass to prevent breakage or damage.
• Manage loading staff and allocate tasks according to workload and shift plans.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the loading area.
• Ensure all workers follow proper PPE and safety SOPs during handling.
• Coordinate with logistics and quality departments for timely vehicle loading and dispatch.
• Keep records of daily loading activities, manpower deployment, and material movement.
• Report any equipment or operational issues to management immediately.
• Assist in training helpers and operators in safe glass handling practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Technical Field preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a glass processing or manufacturing environment, preferably in loading, dispatch, or handling sections.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Familiar with handling glass sheets and safety protocols.
• Ability to manage teams and meet operational deadlines.
• Basic recordkeeping and reporting skills.
