Job Title: Loading Incharge

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Loading Incharge to manage and supervise all loading and unloading activities within our facility. The Loading Incharge will oversee loading teams, ensure safe and efficient handling of goods, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational deadlines. This role is critical for maintaining cargo integrity, safety compliance, and timely dispatch of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day loading and unloading operations.
• Ensure accurate and safe loading of goods according to transport and weight distribution standards.
• Allocate work to loading staff and monitor performance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams to meet shipment schedules.
• Ensure all Dispatch is checked against documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery orders) before loading.
• Oversee the use of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and ensure their proper operation.
• Maintain loading area cleanliness and ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
• Train and guide loading staff on proper handling procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of loading activities, damages, delays, or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies regarding transport, safety, and storage.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or loading operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of material handling and load securing techniques.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting or moving heavy goods as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
