About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead (Imports) to lead our import sales team and drive revenue growth in the freight forwarding and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, leadership skills, and an existing network of import clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of import sales executives to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Develop new import business and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers, overseas agents, and service providers.
  • Monitor market trends, trade lanes, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment handling.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of freight forwarding experience, with at least 2 years in import sales or team leadership in similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of import logistics, sea & air freight, and customs procedures in Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
