Production Incharge

• Degree in Chemical Engineering Polymer with 5-7 years of on hand experience in the plastic industry .
• Oversee and optimize processes used in production
• Troubleshoot process issues, ensure quality, yield, and efficiency
• Collaborate with operations / quality / maintenance teams
• Responsible to prepare production reports.
• Maintaining good hygiene practices in production operations.
• Responsible to solve technical issues.
• To plan production and manage all quality activities of the plant and in QC department.
• Monitoring and enhancing the product Quality. Maintaining Quality System.
• Preparing inspection Plans and development of inspection Standards.
• Complete study and inspection of production .
• Lead Over all production departments.
• Must be Result-oriented and quality-oriented.
• Deeply knowledge of Plastic industries.
• Responsible for keeping the workers record upto date .
• Helps manufacturing staff to achieve company goals by communicating, expectations, planning, monitoring and evaluating job results.
• Ensures that production plans are completed by a certain time
• Counsels employees on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow resolves issues and problems of manufacturing employees .
• Prepare the maintenance plan
• Scheduling of production according to the requirement of sales people as well as planning ofthe raw materials to the plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
