Job Title: Deputy Manager ERP (FO, Production & Retail – MSD365 Expert)

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressive hands-on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) experience in Finance & Operations, Production, and Retail modules, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
Skills:

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD365) Finance & Operations, Production, and Retail modules
• Strong experience in ERP system administration, support, and performance optimization
• Proficiency in database management, SQL queries, and complex reporting tools
• Ability to lead troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution processes
• Strong knowledge of ERP-driven business process mapping, automation, and integration
• Leadership and team management capabilities with experience guiding ERP/IT resources
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across departments

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the support, maintenance, and optimization of MS Dynamics 365 ERP (FO, Production & Retail modules)
• Supervise ERP reporting, ensure accuracy of data, and maintain high system integrity
• Oversee database performance, backups, and security protocols
• Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related bugs, errors, and performance issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design ERP solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Drive process improvements, system automation, and digital integration through ERP platforms
• Mentor and train ERP users and junior team members on best practices and system functionality
• Ensure compliance, security, and scalability of ERP systems for long-term organizational needs
