The incumbent would be required to have:
· Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the enterprise ERP system across all business units.
· Collaborate with executive leadership to align ERP initiatives with business goals and digital transformation strategy.
· Oversee end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget compliance.
· Ensure support and resolution of day-to-day issues and queries from user department .
· Drive business process reengineering in collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations teams.
· Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the ERP lifecycle.
· Ensure data integrity, system integration, and reporting accuracy across all ERP modules.
· Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and service providers.
· Promote user adoption through structured change management and training programs.
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Requirement : CA Inter / ACCA qualified having at least 5 years Post qualification experience in the ERP / Digital Transformation Department. The candidate should have an experience of at least two independent ERP implementations while heading the assignment. He must have articles from Big-3 (ERP department).
