IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


Executive Enterprise Sol. Support position is responsible for implements, and optimises the customer journey to improve satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. Key responsibilities include mapping the customer journey, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, improving all customer touch points, collaborating with cross-functional teams (like sales and marketing), and training staff.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Good understanding of enterprise solution customer backed, and ensure revenue retention with focused on new requirements.
  • Compliance to company policies and code of conduct.
  • Customer Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall experience of customers with a company or brand.
  • He will be responsible for managing the day to day operational management of the customer experience unit.
  • Ensuring consistent and positive customer interactions across all touch point.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


QUALIFICATION


  • Advanced Degree in Bachelor IT/CS/TELECOM/Network/Business Management
  • 2 Years of relevant experience
