Our client a leading Denmark-based Shopify website agency is expanding their operations and further growing their team in Pakistan. To support their growth, they are looking for an experienced Head of Project Management to lead project management and quality assurance across all of their global team and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project management processes to ensure smooth operations across teams in Denmark and Pakistan.
• Act as the central coordinator between developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Manage workflows in Asana, ensuring clear task assignments, progress tracking, and accountability.
• Oversee quality assurance to guarantee high-standard deliverables for our Shopify clients.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration in a remote, international environment.
• Implement and refine best practices in project execution, reporting, and delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proven expertise in Asana project management (or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of Shopify development workflows.
• Experience managing projects involving Figma design collaboration.
• Previous agency experience, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and ability to develop pixel perfect websites
