Project Manager - Track and Trace Solutions

Job Title: Project Manager – Track & Trace SolutionsJob Overview:

  • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver our technology projects in the area of track-and-trace solutions and process automation. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in handling large-scale technology deployments. Prior experience in SAP/ERP implementations is a significant advantage, as it demonstrates strong skills in documentation, stakeholder management, and budget control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of track-and-trace solution projects, from initiation to closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation (charters, requirements, test plans, risk registers, progress reports).
  • Track and maintain project budgets, invoices, and financial reporting.
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes proactively to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Conduct project status meetings and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
  • Support solution validation, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to PMO best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in technology projects (preferably supply chain, logistics, or track-and-trace domains).
  • Previous experience with ERP/SAP deployments (as PM or part of the implementation team) is a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
