Technical Project Manager

Experience: 3-5 Years

Job Type: Full Time Onsite
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
We are a fast-growing IT company delivering innovative software solutions across multiple domains. We are hiring an experienced and highly skilled Technical Project Manager who can lead diverse projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and manage development teams, designers, and QA engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Oversight:

• Provide guidance on technical solutions and ensure project alignment with industry best practices.
• Review and validate code, architecture, and technical documentation when required.

Quality & Risk Management:

• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare project status reports for management and clients.
• Maintain complete project documentation, change logs, and meeting notes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry/Software House
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, C#, or others.
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in software architecture and system design.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
