Technical Project Manager – Remote (Based in Lahore Only)

Location: Lahore (Remote role, but applicant must be Lahore-based)
Timing: 1 PM – 9 PM (Pakistan Time)

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical projects in AI chatbots, automations, CMS (WordPress, Shopify), and web systems.
• Handle Upwork and Fiverr accounts: bidding, proposals, and client communications.
• Plan and oversee CMS-based projects including site setups, integrations, and maintenance.
• Coordinate basic SEO tasks such as keyword optimization, on-page adjustments, and client reporting.
• Convert client requirements into actionable technical tasks for the dev team.
• Track project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure quality delivery.
• Use Discord and ClickUp for internal team coordination.
• Use Microsoft Teams for client communication.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Lahore.
• Proven experience in technical project management (AI, automation, CMS, SEO preferred).
• Familiar with n8n, Zapier, Make.com, APIs, chatbot platforms, WordPress, Shopify.
• Good understanding of basic SEO practices.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset.
• Not allowed to work with any other company during our timings.

Compensation:

• PKR 10,000 base + PKR 5,000 allowance (total ~15,000).
• Alternative Saturday off (Remote role also included).

Additional Details:

• 4-month internship with training (if hardworking, may be promoted earlier).
• After internship, candidates move to probation and then full-time hire.
• 1-week trial is mandatory: if successful, role continues; if not, hiring will not proceed.
