PMO Manager (Civil / Construction)

We’re Hiring: PMO Manager (Civil/Construction)
Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US working hours)

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead our Project Management Office and oversee the successful delivery of multiple international construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, technical expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight timelines. Experience in the US construction market is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce PMO standards, workflows, and best practices
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to final delivery
• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and coordinators
• Manage project schedules, resource planning, risk assessment, and cost control
• Track KPIs and generate progress reports for senior leadership
• Coordinate with sales, estimation, and engineering teams to align project scope
• Ensure adherence to US construction codes, standards, and client requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in civil/construction project management
• Prior experience managing large-scale projects for the US or GCC market
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent PM tools
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working night shifts with US-based clients and stakeholders

Preferred:

• PMP certification will be preferred
• Familiarity with US construction compliance and permitting standards
• Strategic planning and performance management capabilities
