Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (PMP or Agile certified professional) to lead and deliver high-impact software projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management, Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent on time delivery record. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including developers, designers, QA engineers, and IT specialists — to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to delivery.

· Define clear roadmaps, set sprint goals, and manage project execution using Agile/Scrum frameworks.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, UI/UX, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud & Security).

· Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).

· Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation (user stories, BRDs, process flows).

· Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

· Proactively identify risks, blockers, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.

· Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

· PMP or Agile certified professional

· 3–5 years of proven experience in technical project management

· Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks, SDLC, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project).

· Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

· Experience with mobile and web apps and APIs .

· Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud (AWS), or enterprise software,

· Hands-on technical background (understanding of APIs, databases, or DevOps).

· Experience with collaborating with software development vendors and consultants.
