Business Manager - Construction ( Canada & USA) Operation

Lahore, Pakistan

Jazak Builders is a growing construction and development Company with active projects and clients across the United States and Canada. We specialize in commercial construction, project management, turnkey solutions. To support our international growth, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Manager to oversee our North American operations from our office in Pakistan.

The Role

This is a strategic leadership role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry in the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of construction projects in the U.S. and Canada from Pakistan
  • Coordinate with local contractors, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers in North America
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, cost estimates, and project forecasts
  • Handle contract negotiations, vendor management, and procurement logistics
  • Supervise project documentation, compliance, permits, and insurance requirements in North America
  • Lead marketing and business development efforts to acquire new clients in the U.S. and Canada
  • Develop and implement strategies to scale operations and increase profitability
  • Use digital tools (project management software, CRM, Zoom, Slack) to manage remote teams and workflows
  • Stay updated on construction regulations, market trends, and economic conditions in the U.S. and Canada
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and administrative teams in Pakistan for seamless operations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, business operations, or real estate development
  • Proven experience managing U.S. and/or Canadian construction operations
  • Strong understanding of North American building codes, regulations, and construction practices
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (client-facing role)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project), CRM systems, and Google Workspace/Microsoft 365
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams across time zones
  • Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with tax and legal structures for international business operations
  • Willingness to work during overlapping hours with North American time zones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
