Location: Lahore
Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Public Policy, Education, Economics, or Social Sciences
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in implementing educational projects. Prior experience in the education sector, including coordination with stakeholders, involvement in capacity-building initiatives, and experience in conducting or facilitating training sessions will be an advantage.
Skills:

  • Strong project management, communication, and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, managing tight deadlines in challenging environments.
  • Experience with national education policies and working with government/district stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills and experience in education management systems
  • Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and project needs.

Job Description:

Design and coordinate research studies, ensuring rigorous methodology and data management.
Manage phases of research including piloting, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Develop research proposals, concept papers, and budgets for external funding.
Support data analysis and interpretation to inform program strategies.
Conduct training for research teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Design and refine training content for school staff and community members.
Analyze training outcomes to guide improvements for educational stakeholders.
Manage SIS/TIS updates for student and teacher data.Ensure quality education delivery, textbook provision, and QAT implementation in schools.
Facilitate social mobilization, conflict resolution, and event organization.
Maintain liaison with district officials, monitors, and educational stakeholders.
Maintain accurate school records and ensure effective communication of project updates and issues.
Provide regular reporting on project progress and key activities.
