Human Resources Manager

We’re excited to be expanding at TechLeadz and are looking for an experienced HR Manager to play a key role in our growth.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (or a related field) and have at least 3 years of proven experience in HR with a reputable organisation.

You should be familiar with HRIS systems and capable of managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including policy development, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and overall administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment processes and conduct HR interviews.
• Manage performance appraisals, probation evaluations, and salary discussions.
• Monitor team motivation and performance in collaboration with team leads and project managers, and design initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and conflict management.
• Issue appointment letters, notices, and other HR-related documents.
• Conduct exit interviews and oversee smooth offboarding.
• Plan career paths, training, and succession plans for staff.
• Serve as a bridge between team leads, project managers, and senior management regarding HR matters.
• Supervise and manage the overall functions of the Admin department.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.
• Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee management.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills in English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
