Marketing Team Leader – Digital Marketing, PR & Sales

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, content, and paid campaigns.

· Lead PR initiatives, ensuring strong media presence, brand reputation management, and effective communication strategies.

· Coordinate with the sales team to design and execute marketing-driven sales campaigns to achieve revenue targets.

· Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide coaching to enhance productivity.

· Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategies.

· Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI-driven campaigns.

· Oversee creation of engaging content for digital platforms, PR releases, and sales promotions.

· Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.

· Track and report campaign performance with data-driven insights.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

· Proven track record of leading successful digital marketing and PR campaigns.

· Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media ads, and analytics tools.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

· Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to align marketing strategies with business goals.

· Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
