Job Description:

G ONE is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team and lead the digital strategy for G ONE, our next-generation real estate platform. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on a fast-growing product by driving traffic, engagement, and conversion through innovative digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing)
• Optimize paid advertising efforts on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Hotjar
• Plan and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and community engagement
• Coordinate with design, development, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall product goals
• Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis to refine strategy
• Manage and grow email marketing campaigns and CRM automation
• Report on performance, ROI, and KPIs, and continuously improve based on data

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (real estate, SaaS, or tech platform experience is a plus)
• Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/HubSpot, and similar
• Proven track record of driving leads and conversions through online campaigns
• Deep understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and funnel optimization
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
