We are seeking a talented Senior Content Creator to lead and elevate our content strategy across multiple channels. As a Senior Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, builds brand awareness, and drives business growth. You will work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to develop content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive content strategies that align with the company’s goals, audience needs, and brand voice.
- Content Creation: Produce a wide variety of content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, video scripts, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
- Content Optimization: Ensure content is optimized for SEO, readability, and user engagement. Utilize keywords, metadata, and other SEO best practices to enhance content performance.
- Brand Voice & Messaging: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content channels and ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and tone.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to create content that supports product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Social Media Management: Develop social media content calendars, create posts, and engage with our community on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Content Planning & Scheduling: Plan, organize, and schedule content for multiple platforms, ensuring timely delivery and consistency.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor content performance and use analytics tools to measure engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics. Adjust strategies as necessary.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior content creators, editors, and freelancers, providing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality content production.
- Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, content formats, and emerging platforms to continuously improve content strategies and formats.
Required Skills:
- Content Creation Expertise: Proven experience in writing, editing, and creating a wide range of content types (e.g., articles, blogs, social posts, email newsletters, video scripts).
- Strong SEO Knowledge: Deep understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques for organic search.
- Creative & Analytical Balance: Ability to create content that is both creative and strategically aligned with business goals, while also measuring and analyzing its effectiveness.
- Social Media Savvy: Experience in developing social media strategies and content across multiple platforms. Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple content projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and channels.
- Content Management Tools: Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Creative Tools: Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or Canva for content creation and editing.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Video Content Creation: Experience in creating and editing video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Stories, and TikTok.
- E-commerce or B2B Content: Experience working in e-commerce or B2B content creation, with a focus on product descriptions, landing pages, or sales-driven content.
- PPC & Paid Media: Understanding of how content integrates with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Content Personalization: Experience in creating personalized content for specific customer segments or user journeys.
- Copywriting Expertise: Strong background in copywriting, with the ability to craft compelling headlines, calls-to-action, and persuasive messaging.

- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and produce innovative content ideas.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail in content writing, editing, and ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changing trends in content marketing and digital media.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Comfort with leading and mentoring a team, providing constructive feedback to elevate content quality.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in content creation, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing high-performing content strategies and executing successful content marketing campaigns.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
