Sales & Distribution Manager (Ice-Cream Division)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Distribution Manager to oversee the distribution, sales growth, and corporate partnerships for our ice cream business. The role will be responsible for generating sales from restaurants, cafés, and corporate clients, ensuring smooth distribution operations, monitoring stock at various outlets, and managing payment recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new corporate business, especially from restaurants, cafés, and other foodservice outlets.
• Manage and expand distribution channels to ensure timely and efficient delivery of stock.
• Monitor stock levels at restaurants, distributors, and outlets to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate customers, restaurants, and distributors.
• Handle payment recovery from clients and ensure timely collection of dues.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the foodservice and retail market.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain management.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and distribution targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain strong client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Distribution (FMCG, ice cream, dairy, or food industry preferred).
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Knowledge of distribution management and corporate sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage payment recovery tactfully and professionally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
