This position requires native-level English communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the capacity to maintain long-term relations with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the U.S. healthcare sector.
• Promote our healthcare solutions and services to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct client meetings, present service proposals, and close sales.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to drive strategic business growth.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in healthcare or BPO industry).
• Native-level English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
