SEO Off-Page Manager

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency, working with international clients. We are hiring an SEO Off-Page Manager who has hands-on experience in paid outreach, guest posting, and link-building strategies to strengthen our clients’ online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies with a strong focus on paid outreach campaigns.
• Manage guest posting, blogger outreach, and link acquisition activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, bloggers, and webmasters.
• Identify high-quality websites for backlinks and negotiate placements.
• Ensure all acquired links meet SEO quality standards and client requirements.
• Track, analyze, and report on backlink performance using SEO tools.
• Train and guide junior team members in outreach and link-building processes.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and off-page SEO trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in off-page SEO.
• Proven experience in paid outreach and guest posting.
• Strong understanding of white-hat link-building techniques.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
