IT Project Manager

700Apps is on the lookout for a dedicated IT Project Manager to lead a variety of exciting technology projects. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that all objectives are met with efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of IT professionals, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that our projects not only meet business goals but also exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, create detailed project plans, and deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage team members and resources effectively to maximize productivity and project success.
• Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project delivery process.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Lead project meetings, providing clear guidance and direction.
• Support and mentor project team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, especially Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or JIRA.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
