Assistant Manager Production - FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient workflow & production targets.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and machinery for smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the production area as per SOPs.
• Support new product trials, line extensions, and process validation activities.
• Analyse production data to drive efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff for improved performance and teamwork.
• Conduct regular shift meetings and ensure proper communication of daily production plans and targets.
• Ensure all production-related documentation and logs are properly maintained and updated.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams for seamless operations.
• Participate in internal audits, safety inspections, and management review meetings.

Requirements:

• B.E / B.Sc. in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Food Engineering
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in FMCG production (food industry preferred).
