What You'll Do:
- Design and oversee both temporary dewatering treatment systems and permanent remedial systems for groundwater and surface water applications.

Conduct and interpret hydrogeologic and contaminant fate and transport evaluations to guide system design.

Provide field oversight during installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of treatment systems.

Assemble project teams and provide leadership throughout the full project lifecycle.

Oversee project financials, resource allocation, schedules, and deliverables.

Develop engineering drawings, specifications, and permit applications for treatment systems such as filtration, carbon and other media adsorption, air stripping, and chemical treatment.

Perform technical review of engineering designs, drawings, plans, and specifications.

Pursue new business opportunities through networking, proposals, and client relationships.

Manage branch budgets, forecasts, hiring, and staff development.

Promote company values, positive culture, and high employee engagement.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:

8+ years of technical and managerial experience.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Strong business acumen with P&L experience.

Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Committed to safety and engineering excellence.

Strong understanding of advanced in-situ and ex-situ remediation technologies (e.g., bioremediation, chemical oxidation/reduction, PFAS treatment).

Strong understanding of vapor mitigation, air handling systems, NPDES, and temporary discharge permitting.

Strong understanding of hydrogeologic and chemical processes governing contaminant behavior.

Extensive knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations and guidelines and their implications on findings and conclusions in studies.
Preferred Education & Certifications:
The expected pay range for this role and location is $160,000 - $185,000/year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
