Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing the group's overall supply chain strategy and annual plan, and building a unified supply chain management system;
2. Coordinate the group's global procurement and supplier management, optimize the supplier structure, and improve procurement efficiency and bargaining power;
3. Plan and optimize the group's logistics, warehousing, inventory, and planning management to ensure supply security and reasonable costs;
4. Promote supply chain process optimization and standardization to improve response speed and internal customer satisfaction;
5. Lead the construction of supply chain informatization and digitalization projects, and establish a data analysis and decision support mechanism;
6. Responsible for supply chain risk management and compliance management, with a focus on high-risk regions such as the Middle East (including Iraq);
7. Coordinate the collaboration between the supply chain and engineering, production, project, sales, and finance departments to provide overall supply chain solutions for key projects.
Job Requirements:
1. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in supply chain/logistics/management, overseas degrees or professional certifications preferred.
2. Work Experience: Over 10 years of supply chain work experience, over 3 years of senior management experience, overseas experience, especially in the Middle East, preferred.
3. Professional Skills: Familiar with key modules and information systems of the supply chain, with data analysis and cost control capabilities. 4. Leadership ability: Possesses excellent leadership and team management skills, is results-oriented, has good stress resistance, adheres to principles, and agrees with the group's development strategy and values.
