Group Vice President, Manufacturing Finance

Reports to: Division President

Overview:

We are conducting a search for a Group Vice President, Manufacturing Finance, to lead the finance and accounting functions for a complex, multi-site manufacturing organization. This role serves as a strategic partner and key member of the leadership team, providing financial insight, operational analysis, and strategic guidance to support business performance and long-term growth.

The Group Vice President, Manufacturing Finance plays a critical role in overseeing financial planning, accounting, reporting, and operational finance across the business unit, ensuring financial discipline while enabling data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will bring strong financial leadership, operational finance expertise, and a collaborative leadership style, partnering closely with executive leadership to support strategic planning, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is based in Conyers, Georgia, and will require relocation for candidates not currently located in the area.

Relocating to Conyers, Georgia offers a strong balance of small-town charm and regional connectivity, making it an increasingly attractive option within Metro Atlanta. Located approximately 24 miles east of downtown Atlanta, residents benefit from convenient access to the city’s business, entertainment, and cultural hubs while enjoying a quieter suburban lifestyle. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is roughly 30 miles away (about a 35–40-minute drive), providing easy domestic and international travel. Conyers is also well positioned for trips to Athens and the University of Georgia, as well as nearby communities such as Madison and Monroe, and is just minutes from Covington—known as the “Hollywood of the South” for its film and television production. The area also offers proximity to Lake Oconee and Georgia’s lake country for recreation and is experiencing strong economic momentum, including the expansion of data centers across the Atlanta corridor. Together, these factors position Conyers as a well-connected and forward-looking community in one of Georgia’s most dynamic growth regions.
