Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing such as;
- Replying client emails
- Preparing Group & Banquet Offers
- Opera Entries (Account, Contact, Group & Banquet Block Entry)
- Sales Office Daily Reports preparations (Transient & Group)
- Filing, Group File preparations
- BEO, Attrition, Daily Event report preparations
- Month End Reports preparations
- ESS Survey weekly upload
- Telemarketing to prospect clients
- Preparing sales voucher for clients
- Helping sales team in all fields
- Generate letters, invitations, and final participant/attendee lists
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems related to Sales and Marketing activities (e.g., tours, mailings)
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process
